SnapSeats is a platform that allows you to purchase last minute deals across a range of categories such as restaurants, bars and pubs. Purchasing these deals helps to support local businesses and help them fill empty seats during quiet times.

Start by downloading and signing in to the SnapSeats app. If you do not have an account yet, we recommend that you create one before searching for a deal. Once you have signed in, you can enter your location via the search bar at the top of the screen. The icon to the right of the search bar will let you filter by price and the number of seats required.

Once you find a deal, select it to view the Deal Page. From this page you can find out more information such as price per seat, deal details, reviews, terms and conditions and venue rules. Select the amount of seats that you would like to purchase and select Claim Seats. You will need to ensure that you have added a Payment Method via the “Add Card” button on the Confirm Payment page. Once you have submitted the relevant details and ticked the box stating “I understand and accept the deal’s terms and conditions”, you can select the “Book” button to complete your purchase. You will be taken to a confirmation page to confirm that your booking went through successfully.

To learn more about a deal, the best place to start is the deal page on the app. There you can learn what’s included in an offer (“Overview”), as well as the Deal Time, Terms and Conditions and Venue Rules.

You can also find further details about the business via the View Venue Details tab on the deal page. While we try to provide as much general information about the business as possible, it’s best to check with the business directly if you need specific information. You can find their contact information on the View Venue Details tab.

Once you have purchased your deal, you can find a QR code and reference number in the Deals tab on your app. You will also receive this information in an email directly after purchase. You can present your QR code and reference number at the venue within the designated time to redeem your deal.

Once you have purchased your deal, you will see the option to share the deal with your party.

Cancellation up to 24 hours after purchase will result in a £1.00 admin charge

If you cancel more than 24 hours after purchase, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

If for any reason your booking is cancelled by the business after purchase, you will be given a full refund, which will be credited to your payment card within 14 days of cancellation. If you would like more information about this, please contact us using the form below.
